Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced OB/GYN Nurse Manager to join a reputable healthcare facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. This full-time, direct hire position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) within an OB/GYN setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate RNs and CMAs to ensure they meet clinical and operational standards.
• Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical policies and procedures.
• Support staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and leadership to improve workflows and patient outcomes.
• Address staff issues and promote a positive, professional work environment.
• Lead daily operations and contribute to team development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience as an RN.
• Must have experience in women's healthcare leadership.
• Experience managing or leading clinical staff is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 1st shift.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 - $90,000 per year (OT eligible).
• Full benefits package included.

Additional Details

This position is 100% onsite, and candidates are expected to wear scrubs or professional clothing. The role is a supervisory position, providing ample opportunity for leadership and development within the organization.
